The employees are rude and annoying. They pick me out and ask if I have my pass because it’s not in the open, and most other people don’t have their passes on their shirts either. It used to be good but recently the workers have become worse and worse. edit: this rink is really getting worse😭 the workers are so rude and make up random things. They are supposed to give ice for free but this girl in the snack bar tried to charge me? I took a picture of the snack bar because I wanted to show my friend and then a manager walked up to me and started yelling and demanding why i am taking a picture. Very rude and unprofessional. I almost always feel unsafe and uneasy whenever I am here. The things they do feel so shady and I think it’s borderline illegal. Taking a picture in a public space is perfectly legal and there was nothing wrong with that. Also the manager Chris is rude, unhelpful and narcissistic. I heard that he s*xually a*used a minor a few years back. Thank god I switched rinks but I don’t recommend anyone to come here. East west is way better.

Literally on our doorstep and passed by so many times. Parking If not parking adjacent to THE RINKS we did not see how to get in but found it once leaving. You can park in the multi parking across from The Rinks for our visit was $9. Convenient to the location and had plenty of spots. FRONT ENTRANCE A few nice picture opportunities outside The Rinks as always with no cohesion from me my Son obliged me with some pictures. Location is welcoming and the layout of The Rinks once you enter is well thought out, hard to believe that up till a few years ago was gone to the “Ducks of Anaheim” for their practices. To the left as you enter is the main counter where you pickup your skates and skating aids (Seals and frames) Left hand corner is a little cafe/eaterie we picked up sodas and a cookie. Adjacent to this is one of the rinks, the other one (ours) located on the right corner. This is our second visit to ice skating last one to Great Park in Irvine. So in no way experts, Overall me and my Son had a blast and for our skate time if 12:30 was not too busy. Staff helped us a lot and made us feel very warm (yes pun intended) Thank You for having us

This is part of Anaheim’s history so I love it. I think they could use an upgrade to the facility. I've attended many birthday parties over the past couple of decades. I was just visiting the store during this trip.

So sad and disrespectful visit.. the employee working in the ice kate room was disrespectful 2 times thinking I open the one of the side doors he yelled at me in front of the people assuming I open the door to twice threatening me that he had the power to kick my kids out of the skate area ⛸️ to the point where he told me he will bring then manager so I decided to go and talk to him I am an adult I know how to follow rules so sad my first time was really disappointed and for that reason never going back i feel so embarrassed to get yelled at by a teenager .. this person has not respect... No sad never going back i have his picture ... White tall guy with super curly hair ... So bad I couldn't get his name

Haven't been here in years but recently started figure skating again, the pro shop is great and helped me out with some much needed skates. The public sessions are pretty empty Monday and Tuesday, it's packed on Saturday though so I would avoid it. I've seen the skate guards stand around and do absolutely nothing even if there's out of control skaters. Even the kids cutting across the ice with the ice aid seals. Most of the staff is friendly, some definitely more than others especially the Snackbar girl named Candy who is always friendly and remembers me and my friends since we come all the time. Freestyles here are a headache, certain coaches take over the ice time and have their skater run over anyone who isn't jumping doubles and triples. If your looking for a coach I recommend Kathleen, Arleth, Miriam,Kristina or Amanda. They all have been kind and caring, but still push you to do your best.

Haven't been here in years and it's just as I remember it. Came here for a little exercise in a public skating session that had about 40 minutes left. I brought my own skates and when I went to front desk to purchase ticket, the employee didn't notice I did need rentals until I pointed it out. Rink was surprisingly packed and full of people even on a rainy day. 25 minutes later I want to Snack bar and got nachos and gatorade. Fast and painless service and then went the last 5 minutes to do a couple laps before leaving. I plan to visit more often for my new years resolution so hopefully I'll stick to it.

This is also an authorized training facility for the Anaheim Ducks . This place was always packed with children who loved to skate and for beginners. There are two of the rinks one for the training and the other for practice and games. This facility was a little out of date, I don't know when it was built but it needs to get an update.
